Delivery
All orders, excluding custom orders, will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment. You will be notified of any delays.
Sales Tax Rate
For all orders shipped to a California address, we are required to charge local tax rate.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days of the date shipped by Stick Pin Lady to receive credit. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
1. Notify us via e-mail at deborah@stickpinlady.com to obtain a ‘return authorization number’ (no exchange or refund will be honored without a return authorization number).
2. Fill out the ‘return packing slip’ that you received with your original order and enclose it with the item to be returned.
3. Package the return item(s) in a padded envelope or box within 14 days of the date shipped to receive a full refund. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return. Stick Pin Lady cannot be held responsible for returns damaged or lost in shipping. Please insure item(s) for the retail value. Packages must have a delivery confirmation number to enable shipping.

5. You will receive an email confirmation notifying you of your credit after we have received and verified your return.
Exchange
Stick Pin Lady will be happy to exchange any item that is returned within 14 days from the date of our original shipping. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Once we have received your item for exchange, and processed your exchange order, you will receive a confirmation email stating the new balance due. This includes any price difference between the original and new items, applicable taxes and shipping costs. You may pay this balance through your PayPal account (payment sent to (stickpinlady.com), or by money order. We will ship the exchange as soon as we have received your payment.
