Deborah
Jernigan is the founder and creator of Stick Pin
Lady. She attended Ohio
State University and Fashion Design School in Columbus Ohio, where
she earned her AA degree in design.
Deborah
decided to create her limited edition accessories with a high-end, up-scale,
boutique customer in mind. She first began creating 5-inch stick
pins with a variety of materials. She loves creating her pins with
stunning Venetian colored glass, creative artisan glass beads,
pearls, antique beads, sliver metals, exotic shells, natural and
vibrant earth colored stones, and adding highlights with fancy
feathers and colored tassels.
In
addition to stick pins, Deborah has created new and fashionable Three-Way Dangled Earrings. These
earrings work in conjunction and coordinate with many other
accessory pieces. She has also designed a creative and distinctive Zipper Dangles, Cell Phone Dangles, Eye Glass Pins and
Pendants. For distinctive one-of-kind designs Special
Orders are available.
She also produces fun and stylish Charm Pins using
sterling silver charms. She created this line to support the various
themes of life, such as weddings, babies, sports, medical, fashion,
careers, etc.
While in the midst of creating her pins, Deborah says she is captivated by
the inventive challenge of bringing various colors and materials
together to complete her works of art. She says it’s like
painting with a variety of materials at her disposal. Her love and
joy is in the creativity. Deborah is devoted to creating jewelry as
art and having her clients wear their pieces with beauty, pride and
passion. She keeps fashion fun and alive for every woman’s
artistic eye.
